Screening Questionnaire for the Position of Sales Immigration Consultant
Please go through the below job features before starting the screening questionnaire:
- English Fluency: Must be fluent in English.
- Working Days: 5 days a week. (2 days off to staff on a rotating basis).
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (timings are reviewed quarterly).
- Incentives: Attractive monthly rewards for sales performance.
- Monthly Salary and Performance Pay: Monthly Gross Salary is a total of Monthly Salary and Monthly Performance Pay (Monthly Salary + Monthly Performance Pay = Monthly Gross)
- Monthly Salary per month without Performance Pay is QAR 3000 in-hand (includes Conveyance + Food + House allowance).
- Monthly Performance Pay based on the below slabs: QAR 0-3000. This will be payable on a monthly basis. The payout shall be as per the Performance Slabs:
- Slab 1 – Sales of QAR 14600: QAR 500
- Slab 2 – Sales of QAR 24600: QAR 1000
- Slab 3 – Sales of QAR 34600: QAR 2000
- Slab 4 – Sales of QAR 45000: QAR 3000
For example, if you achieve Sales Slab 4, you will get QAR 6000 as a monthly Gross Salary (Monthly Salary QAR 3000 + Performance Pay QAR 3000 on achieving Slab 4)
