Weekend Policy: All Sundays and Two Saturdays Off
Salary: Competitive (based on the candidate's previous compensation)
Work Experience Requirement: 1 year of relevant experience is a MUST

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-organized.
  • Offer information about the company’s services and offerings.
  • Assist visitors with general inquiries.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Ensure outgoing mail is properly labeled and sent.
  • Schedule appointments for internal meetings.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and visitors with professionalism.
  • Keep a record of visitors entering and leaving the premises.
  • Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality procedures.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
  • Report any issues with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and coordinate repairs or replacements.
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers to address office-related needs.
  • Office Facilities Management.
  • Relay messages and information between departments.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies.
