Job Responsibilities
- Handling application processing stages of all cases.
- Assess your own work and that of colleagues to ensure quality, precision, and pertinence.
- Responsible for reviewing, preparing and submitting applications for Australia, Canada PR.
- Responsible for reviewing, preparing and submitting applications for short-term visas like tourist, business and study visas.
- Reviewing job duties, documents, projects and applications.
- Creating impactful cover letters and statements of purpose.
- Thoroughly examine and evaluate documentation obtained in support of the client’s education, civil/legal status, work experience, etc, before submission.
- Collecting, compiling and preparing documents for further submission to the relevant authorities.
- Working closely with the Immigration Counselors for the timely action on cases.
- Advising on documentation, timeframes, and other requirements.
- Discussion with Migration Agent and Manager for clients’ cases.
- Handling 1st level escalations as per the direction of Manager.
- Meeting or discussing with the clients to resolve their technical questions related to documentation and process, if required.
- Research and stay updated on Canadian and Australian skilled immigration programs, rules, and changes.
- Resolving technical queries of the Sales team.
- Preparing Training materials and giving training to the new and existing staff.
- Responsible for Weekly, Monthly and Yearly case filing performance.
