Job Responsibilities
- Assess assigned leads to determine if they are eligible and suitable for immigration.
- Reach sales targets through transparent methods and strong relationship building.
- Provide comprehensive counseling to applicants for Canada and Australia Skilled VISA programs.
- Sell the company’s visa and immigration services to prospective clients.
- Educate potential and existing clients about the necessary requirements for their applications.
- Make daily calls and follow-ups to schedule new meetings.
- Actively engage in recommended marketing efforts to meet consultation goals.
- Convert applicants into clients through effective communication.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and prompt case submissions.
- Assist clients in completing paperwork according to the company checklist.
- Offer guidance to clients on the proper documentation and approach for their applications.
- Conduct initial reviews of education, legal status, work experience documents, etc., before further submission.
- Stay updated on changes, rules, and programs related to Canadian and Australian skilled immigration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire process.
- Collaborate with the documentation team for efficient case processing.
- Maintain regular communication with clients via calls, emails, messages, and meetings for better service.
