Position: Sales Immigration Consultant
Job Responsibilities
- Assessing assigned leads under supervision to evaluate the eligibility and the suitability of the immigration.
- Provide detailed counseling to applicants for Canada and Australia Skilled VISA programs.
- Educate the potential and existing clients about the mandatory requirements for the application.
- Making calls and follow-ups for scheduling new meetings every day.
- Actively perform advised marketing activities to meet the consultation target.
- Responsible for converting applicants to clients.
- Consistent follow-up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and quick case submissions.
- Assisting clients with paperwork completion and making sure it is as per the company checklist.
- Provide advice to the client on the documentation and approach for the application.
- Thoroughly examine and evaluate documentation obtained in support of the client’s education, civil/legal status, work experience, etc., before sending it for the final submission.
- Research and stay updated on Canadian and Australian skilled immigration programs, rules, and changes.
- Stay connected with clients via calls, emails, messages, and meetings to serve them better.
Job Features
- Work Experience: Relevant Experience in Immigration Industry is a MUST.
- English Fluency: Must be fluent in English.
- Working Days: 5 days a week. (2 days off to staff on a rotating basis).
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (timings are reviewed quarterly).
